Rupee opens stronger at 40.98 per US dollar
Mumbai, June 11: The rupee today opened stronger at 40.98 per US dollar, up by 15 paise, as compared to Friday's close of 41.11/13.
The domestic unit is currently trading stronger at 40.92 per USD drawing strength from capital inflows, a dealer said.
The rupee touched an intra-day low of 41.05.
