Megasoft signs deal with US based Keystone Wireless

Mumbai, June 11 (UNI) Technology solution provider, Megasoft today announced that its Hyderabad telecom special business unit (SBU) XIUS has signed a deal with US-based Keystone Wirless to enhance the subscriber experience and competitiveness in US marketplace.

Keystone Wireless will deploy the XIUS VOISE (Virtual Operator Integrated Services Engine) 3.0 convergent platform.

Megasoft also announced that in a separate strategically important move, it has made a multi-million dollar equity investment in Keystone Wireless and will be entitled to share revenues proportionate to their investment.

Commenting on the alliance, Linda Martin, Executive Vice President of Keystone Wireless said,'' As a competitive GSM wireless carrier we have had to seek new technology and creative approaches to compete effectively, we are excited about the technology partnership with XIUS.'' GV Kumar, CEO of Megasoft, said ''We see many opportunities to enable powerful GSM features that Mobile Virtual Network Operator's have desired but were unable to tap into the traditional reseller model in the US market.
