Lanco Infra to develop Chennai property at Rs 600cr

New Delhi, June 11 (UNI) Lanco Infratech Ltd today said it will develop 47.58 acres of land in Chennai at a project cost of Rs 600 crore.

The property would be developed as an integrated township consisting of residential towers, shopping space and service apartments with a built-up area of four million square feeet through its 100 per cent subsidiary Lanco Horizon Properties Pvt Ltd.

The project is to cbe ompleted within 36 months from the date of plan approvals and is located near SIPCOT Industrial Estate, Siruseri on Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai, a statement said.
