Two girls drown in Mhadei river in Goa

Panaji, June 10 (UNI) Two girls drowned in Goa's Mhadei river at Sanvordem here last evening.

The girls had been to river to wash clothes and bathe, when they met with the accident.

The bodies of the deceased, who were fourth class students, were recovered later from the river, police said.
