Rs.10 lakhs worth cash and gold robbed

Kolar Gold Fields, Karnataka, June 10 (UNI) Cash and Jewelry worth about Rs.10 lakhs was robbed from a Jewelry shop here last night.

Police said that the culprits had broken window iron rods by using welding machine and have robbed One Kg gold, Cash Rs 1.25 lakh and Silver 10 kg from a shop belonging to Pannalal Ashokumkar Chalani in Robertson pet.

The robbery came to light when the shop owner opened the shop today.

Police have registered a case and investigating.
