Reveller drowns as boat overturns in Ganga

Bhadohi, June 10 (UNI) A youth drowned after a boat, carrying four people, capsized in the Ganga river near famous Sitamadi temple here today.

The four merrymakers had come from Varanasi to attend a nuptial ceremony. After the function, they went boating in the Ganga near Sitamadi.

Police said the boat capisized midstream. While Zunaid (23) drowned, three others managed to swim to safety.
