PSEB appoints zonal officers to monitor power situation

Phagwara, June 10 (UNI) The Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) has set up six nodal officers at each of the zonal offices and at its headquarter in Patiala for monitoring the power supply during current summer and paddy season.

Stating this here today PSEB Chief Engineer (north) H S Thukral said that the Board had set up control rooms to function round-the-clock at each sub division, division, circle and zonal office. Consumers can contact these control rooms for reporting serious interruption in power supply.

A similar control room was also functional at the office of the member (distribution).
