People hospitalised with diarrhoea symptoms

Eluru, June 10 (UNI) As many as 30 people are hospitalised in the government hospital here with symptoms of diarrhoea, according to official sources.

About 17 cases from Eastern Street, Kattepu Veedhi, Sanivarapupeta and other areas were reported since last night.

Due to the contamination of water the epedemic broke out in these areas, sources added.

Meanwhile, as many as 20 cases were reported from various private hospitals.

The doctors warned if the administration and the people neglected the situation there might be possible out break of gastroenteritis.
