Flying Cats forays into Guwahati

Guwahati, June 10 (UNI) Skies are the limit for North Eastern youth with the aviation industry growing fast in the country and demand for trained personnel in the sector growing at an even faster rate.

A number of top names in airhostess and cabin crew staff grooming and training are already in the city, with 'Flying Cats' being the latest entry into the field in Guwahati.

The Flying Cats, the only institute of its kind to offer a government-recognised university diploma, today announced the opening of its Guwahati centre. Managing Director of Cosmo Aviation Training School Ltd, promoters of the brand Flying Cats, Priyanka Khosla signed an MoU with Ms Nandini Dutta here today.

Ms Khosla, also a noted fashion choreographer and director of NIFD, said, ''Flying Cats will groom its students to compete with the best in the world.'' On placement concern for students produced by such institutes, she said many students of Flying Cats have also been picked up by leading airlines and five star hotels, even before the institute has completed its first year of opening.

''All the students may not attract employers in the first interview, but we will groom our students to beat the best in the business,'' she added.
