Evangelist denies charges on Balayogi's death

Kakinada, June 10 (UNI) Evangelist K A Paul, who has been in the spotlight after levelling allegations against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minster Y S Rajasekhara Reddy over Congress election fund ''controversy,'' today denied the allegation that he was involved in the death of the late Lok Sabha Speaker G M C Balayogi in a helicopter crash in 2002.

Speaking to reporters here this evening, he said he was very close to Mr Balayogi and alleged that the aviation company, which hired the helicopter, was to blame.

He also alleged that the Andhra Pradesh Government had conspired to eliminate him.
