2063 trees to be planted, says Modi

Ahmedabad, Jun 10 (UNI) Chief Minister Narendra Modi during a public rally to commemorate his completion of 2063 days in office here today said each taluka of the state will plant one tree that would total 2063 trees.

This task will be achieved with full co-operation from Gujarat Timber Merchant Federation which Modi said will bring back the shine of lost greenery.

At the celebration Mr Modi was also honoured with 2063 red roses.
