Spl lok adalats for settlement of bank loan cases

Chandigarh, Jun 9 (UNI) The Haryana State Legal Services Authority has decided to hold special lok adalats on July 28, 2007 for settlement of bank loan cases pending in the courts as well as at pre-litigative stage in the State.

Member Secretary of the Haryana State Legal Services Authority Arun Kumar Tyagi said that more than 8000 bank loan and execution cases were pending in the courts of the State.

He said in order to settle such type of cases, the Authority had decided to hold lok adalats in all the districts and sub divisional court complexes throughout the State on July 28.
