10 IPS, 12 PPS officers shifted in UP
Lucknow, June 9 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government tonight transferred 10 Indian Police Service (IPS) and 12 Provincial Police Srvice (PPS) officers in the state.
Inspector General of Police, Fire Service, Bhanu Pratap Singh has been appointed as the new IG, Law and Order, whereas, the earlier incumbent Mahendra Pratap Singh has been shifted as IG, Intelligence headquarters.
IG, Railways Daya Shankar Singh is IG, Economic Offence Wing.
DIG, CB-CID R K Tripathi has been shifted to Corruption Prevention Organisation, whereas, SP D K Mishra, attached to DGP headquarters, has been sent to police headquarters, Allahabad.
SP, Sitapur Abhimanyu Tripathi is new SP, Hathras, while, SP Hathras V K Dohre is SP, Sitapur.
Kheri SP, Navin Arora is the new SP, Training and Security headquarters, Lucknow, whereas, the earlier incumbent Akhil Kumar is SP, Kheri.
SP, CB-CID Arun Kumar (II) is commandent, 27th PAC Battalion.
Meanwhile, the UP government also transferred 12 PPS officers in the state.
