Teenaged girl dies after falling from tree

Rajkot, Jun 8 (UNI) A teenaged girl was killed when she fell from a tree at Ratadia village in Wankaner Taluka of the district.

The victim -- Champa Sindhabhai (14) -- had climbed a tree to pluck fruits when she lost balance and fell on the ground, police today said.

She was admitted to a private hospital in Wankaner and later shifted to Rajkot Civil Hospital here where she died of brain haemorrhage, yesterday.
