PW against accused lodged in Tehar jail
Patna, Jun 8 (UNI) A local court today issued a Production Warrant (PW) against Anil Kumar Singh for involvement in murder of a Tata Motors official and loot at the residence of a judicial member of Central Administrative Tribunal(CAT) of Patna.
Anil Kumar Singh was the main accused in the "sensational" murder of the Tata Motors official.
Anil is presently lodged in Tehar jail in connection with another case.
The chief judicial magistrate of Patna Sushma Sinha had issued the PW on the petition of Patna police. Through the petition, Patna police had prayed before the court, that Anil Kumar Singh, who had escaped after committing the crime, was arrested by the Delhi police crime branch in connection with a case lodged at Nabikarim police station of Delhi.
Incidentally, a Tata Motors official, who was a guest of judicial member of CAT Sadhna Srivastav, was thrown out from the eighth floor of a multi-storeyed building when he had protested a loot bid at the residence of the former on May 20 this year.
