Mumbai not to get rains for next 48 hours : weatherman

Mumbai, June 8 (UNI) The officials in weather bureau today ruled out the arrival of rains in the next 48 hours in the city and said the humidity and the heat will continue during the period.

Weather bureau officials said according to the climate conditions, there has been a delay in the arrival of monsoon.

The citizens will have to bear the current climatic condition in the city for some more time till the city received rains.

''The rains that the city is experiencing is nothing but pre- monsoon showers and not the regular showers,'' the official added.
