Haryana: Six new substations commissioned
Chandigarh, Jun 8 (UNI) The Haryana Power Utilities has commissioned six new substations, augmented the capacity of 13 existing substations and laid 44.104 Km long transmission lines at a cost of Rs 32.57 crore within two months of current financial year.
A spokesman for the Power Utilities said that the new substations were 132 KV substation at Naguran and five 33KV substations at Gangoli, Manas, Mehmoodpur, Urlana and Sector 6, Rohtak.
He said the two 200 KV substations had been augmented at Palla and Rania besides two 132 KV substation at Kosli and Newal had also been augmented.
Similarly four 66KV substations at Barlana, Gangori, Basantpur and Sector 1, Panchkula and five 33KV substations at Koth Kalan, Bhiwani, Sasrauli, Bhud Kalan and Garhi Birbal were augmented in the state.
