City Square to build 100 acre township
Chennai, June 8 (UNI) Thanks to Tamil Nadu Government's decision to construct a new airport, Sriperumbudur is the most happening place with real estate developers making a beeline to the place.
Joining the bandwagon is the "City Square" which will be constructing a residential township --"NRI Centre City" -- under "Gated Community" project spread over an area of 100 acre.
Its promoter N M Reddy told reporters here today the bookings would open on June ten.
The NRI Centre City would have 800 independent houses with double, four and five bedroooms with land measuring from 1,500 to 4,000 sq ft.
The township infrastucture development like power connections and black top roads would be completed in the next three to four months after which the construction work would begin. The houses would be ready in two years' time.
This was City Squre's fourth project after "Detroit", near Mahindra City, "Nest" near Poonamallee and "First City" at Srperumbudur.
Mr Reddy said in the next four months, City Square would launch its next project "Bricks and Boundaries" at the IT corridor on Old Mahabalipuram Road in an 100 acre area.
