Bhiduri to stage sit in at Rajghat tomorrow

New Delhi, June 8 (UNI) Delhi NCP president Ramvir Singh Bidhuri and members of the Gujjar community will sit on a dharna at Rajghat tomorrow to protest against the alleged police atrocities on Gujjars in Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

Mr Bidhuri alleged that police and state authorities in the states had unleashed a ''reign of terror'' on the Gujjar community since it called off its agitation.

''Ever since peace has been restored... false cases are being registered against the members of Gujjar community and they are being picked up from their homes during night without any charges,'' he claimed.

Demanding an immediate end to the harassment of the Gujjars, Mr Bidhuri threatened to launch 'Satyagrah' against police action.
