Youth shot at, robbed of 40 kg silver

Agra, Jun 7 (UNI) In a during daylight robbery, unidentified miscreants shot at a youth and decamped with 40 kg silver in Lohamandi area of the Taj City today.

Veerchand of Sirkimandi was on way to his house, when he was intercepted by three armed assailants, who snatched the bag cantaining the precious metal after shooting at him.

The wounded was rushed to hospital in a critical condition, police said. A hunt for the accused was on.
