Sical Logistics wins bid to maintain 17 ONGC vessels
New Delhi, June 7 (UNI) Country's leading provider of offshore logistics Sical Logistics Ltd today said it has won the operations and maintenance bid for 17 Samudrika vessels from state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for Rs 126.50 crore.
The contract is for a duration of three years and is extendable by two six-month periods, a statement said.
''Offshore logistics would contribute at least 30 per cent to 2007-08 revenues,'' company's Chairman Ashwin Muthiah said.
This is Sical's fifth successive winning bid since 1995 when the company began providing offshore logistics service to ONGC.
