Property worth Rs 16 lakh gutted

Sant Ravidasnagar, Bhadohi, June 7 (UNI) Property worth Rs 16 lakh was reduced to ashes, when a truck laden with provisions caught fire here today.

Police said the truck, on way to Haldwani from Raipur, suddenly caught fire in Gopiganj area.

The driver of the vehicle, however, managed to jump to safety.
