The police personnel were taught how to handle a victim in a conflict situation or an accident.

Dr Dar said the police personnel come into the first contact with the victim after an incident and as such they should be well versed with the first aid management.

The police recruits were also taught how to manage the victims at the scene of an incident, who to help first and how to shift the wounded to different hospitals for proper healthcare.
