Committee for HSL restructuring

Visakhapatnam, June 7 (UNI) A Group of Ministers (GoM), led by External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee, have set up a Committee to prepare a plan within four weeks for restructuring Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL).

HSL Chairman and Managing Director Ajit Tewari would head the Committee, Union Minister of State for Mines T Subbarami Reddy said in release here today.

He said the Committee would comprise Cochin Shipyard Limited Chairman and two representatives from the Navy and Defence Production Department as its members.
