Uttar Pradesh: SO suspended for dereliction of duty

Basti, June 6: A Station Officer (SO) was suspended for dereliction of duty here.

Superintendent of Police Anand Swaroop said on May 28, three persons were wounded in a scuffle. One of them succumbed yesterday in Gorakhpur Medical College.

Irked over the death of Lochan, villagers took to street and demonstrated for the suspension of SO Surya Prakesh Gautam.
