Ispat Industries Q4 net at Rs 82.12 cr

New Delhi, June 6 (UNI) Steel major Ispat Industries Ltd today clocked a net profit of Rs 82.12 crore for the quarter ended March 2007, in comparison to a net loss of Rs 153.14 crore during the same period last fiscal.

Its total income grew by 40 per cent at Rs 2,141.58 crore from Rs 1,301.01 crore during the said period.

For the year ended March 2007, the company posted a net loss of Rs 9.53 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 812.67 crore for the same period last fiscal.

The total income increased by 34 per cent at Rs 7,595.49 crore for the same period, in comparison to Rs 5,010.73 crore in FY06.
