68 units sealed by MCD in seven city zones

New Delhi, June 6 (UNI) Continuing its drive to seal commercial units operating in violation of the 2021 Delhi Master Plan, the MCD today put to seal 68 units in seven zones of the city.

Twenty one commercial units were sealed in Pushta Kartar Nagar of Shahdara (N) and 17 in Shahbad Daulatpur Village of Rohini Zone.

In Shahdara (S) zone 14 units in Mahilla Colony and Guru Harkishan Gali were sealed while tens units were closed in South Zone.

Five units were sealed in West zone and one in Civil Lines.

In the Central Zone no sealing operation was carried out as no misuse was detected.

With today's sealing, the number of units put to seal since the drive began on March 28 reached 2070.
