Huge haul of arms in Kashmir

Srinagar, June 5 (UNI) The Army today claimed to have seized a huge cache of arms and ammunition from two militant hideouts in north Kashmir.

A defence spokesman said troops seized an Ak-47 rifle, two 90 mm pistols, two magazines, five hand grenades, two RPG shells, two RPG boosters and 30 rounds of ammuntion from Gagribal area in Gulmarg sector of Baramulla district last night.

In another operation, troops seized one pistol, one wireless set, five magazines, 10 kg of explosives, 15 grenades, 40 electric detonators, an earphone lead, 103 rounds of ammunition and some ration from Palphati Baink near Lokut Bangas in Baramulla district UNI
