Housing Exhibition to be held in London, Dubai
Mumbai, Jun 5 (UNI) The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) and Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) today announced that the 'India Property 2007' exhibition will be held from June 14-16 at the Renaissance Dubai Hotel in Dubai and from July 20-22 at the Olympia Conference Centre in London.
The real estate mela will aim at attracting foreign investments from NRIs and potential investors to the opportunities ranging from residential housings, commercial buildings or plots and bungalows, from the booming Indian real estate industry.
''Indian Real Estate has emerged as a global destination for world's top construction companies, architectural firms and allied industries seeing the huge growth potential that it offers,'' said CREDAI President Rajni S Ajmera.
MHI International Exhibitions Chairman Nainesh Shah said ''Indians settled abroad are one of the most influential and prosperous communities in the global economic development and we are glad to provide them an opportunity to be part of incredible India.'' The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) is the apex body representing associations of real estate and housing developers from all over India. Its purpose is to promote housing and real estate developments in an organized and cohesive manner and provide a liaison with government.
