Boys outshine girls in the SSLC examination
Shillong, Jun 5 (UNI) Boys have outshone girls in the Meghalaya Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination.
The result of the examination conducted by state's Board of Secondary Education was declared today.
Out of 37,126 students, 15,594 have passed the examination.
While 72.22 per cent of the regular candidates passed the examination, that of the private candidates was 42.
Boys obtained 73.84 per cent while the girls secured 70.63 per cent among the regular candidates.
