BJP to observe total revolution day on June 5

Patna, June 3 (UNI) Bihar unit of BJP today announced that party would observe a "total revolution day" on June 5 in all districts of the state.

During a meeting of party workers here, state BJP president Radha Mohan Singh said that besides observing a total revolution day, the party would also observe June 26 as a "black day", the date on which the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi had imposed emergency in the country in 1975.

Mr Singh also called upon party workers to go to the remote parts of the state and inform the people about the achievement of the NDA government.

Addressing the meeting, senior BJP leader and state road construction minister Nand Kishore Yadav said that workers should try to solve the problems of the people at the grass root level. The workers should act as bridge between people and the government, he added.
