Rehabilitation centres closed down by anti-drug association
Imphal, June 2 (UNI) The All Manipur Anti-Drugs Association (AMADA) has announced that it would close down five out of the 22 rehabilitation centres for allegedly not looking after the inmates properly.
Secretary of the AMADA K Meghachandra said two centres at Thoubal and one each at Ukhrul, Imphal, Churachandpur districts, were asked to close down for two months.
The AMADA alleged that the five centres were not functioning properly and issued orders for proper counselling and rehabilitation.
