Lim Sin Tiow new CEO Of Ascendas India

Bangalore, June 2 (UNI) Mr Lim Sin Tiow has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Ascendas India effective from June one.

He took over from Jonathan Yap, who would assume his new role as CEO India Funds as Ascendas Headquarters in Singapore.

From the time the International Tech Park Bangalore started operations in 1994, Ascendas had expanded to a total of seven projects in India and was poised to further increase its footprint in India to provide customers a high quality business space options, while expanding to more cities, according to a company release here today.

The other Ascendas properties in India including International Tech Park Chennai (ITPC) and CyberVale in Chennai, The V and CyberPearl in Hyderabad and the two recently-announced International Tech Parks in Pune (ITPP) and Nagpur (ITPN).

The Company also launched Ascendas India IT Parks Trust two years ago to set up more real estate funds in the coming year.

Mr Lim is not new to India. He had played a driving role in establishing Ascendas' landmark development project, International Tech Park Bangalore. He was also instrumental in Ascendas' expansion into Hyderabad and Chennai.

Mr Lim continues to be Chairman, Ascendas Services Pte Ltd and would hold the concurrent appointment as Executive Vice President (New Markets), responsible for the strategic planning and start-up operations of the Middle East and Russian markets.
