CPI leader Anjan to head farm experts' delegation to China
New Delhi, June 2 (UNI) A high level CPI delegation led by its senior leader Atul Kumar Anjan will leave tonight for China to study the neighbouring country's industrial and farm transformation in the age of globalisaton.
The delegation, during their ten-day stay, will visit and study the backward areas of Fuzian Province, Sanghai and Beijing among others .
The delegation is visiting China on the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao. The Chinese leader gave the invitation when he visited India about eight months back and exchanged views with the CPI leaders on various subjects of mutual interest, Mr Anjan told UNI.
Besides Mr Anjan the delegation comprises party MP Prabodh Panda, former MP Naginder Ojha, former Andhra Prdesh MLA K Ramkrishan and agriculture and economic experts.
The delegation will exchange ideas with the Central leadership of Communist Party of China and its dedicated Central Study Groups during their stay in Beijing.
