Eighteen injured in a mishap at private industry

Tiruchirapalli, May 29 (UNI) Over 18 workers were injured when a boiler accidentally burst due to high temperature at a private engineering industry near Mathur, here today.

Police said the workers, most of them hailing from Orissa and Andhra Pradesh, suffered burn injuries. They were rushed to a private hospital in the city. Some of them were said to be in a critical condition. Investigations were on.
