Ayurved Sammelan's convention at Trimbakeshwar on June 3

Nashik, May 29 (UNI) Maharashtra Ayurved Sammelan, state branch of the Akhil Bharatiya Ayurved Mahasammelan, will host a day-long convention at Trimbakeshwar near here on June 3.

The convention has been organised to celebrate the centenary year of the foundation of the Akhil Bharatiya Ayurved Mahasammelan which was founded by late Vaidya Dajishastri Pade.

The one-day convention will begin with flag hoisting by Vaidya M D Rajpathak at 0700 hrs. It will be followed by an ''Ayurved Dindi''.

The convention will be inaugurated by Akhil Bharatiya Ayurved Mahasammelan president Vaidya Devendra Triguna.

Eleven senior ''Vaidyas'' from Maharashtra will be felicitated on the occasion. The convention also includes lectures by experts.

Vaidyas from the state and country, pharmacists, and ayurveda researchers will attend the convention in large numbers. Nearly 1,000 representatives will attend the ceremony, Vaidya Shashitai Ahire told here in a press conference yesterday on behalf of the Maharashtra Ayurved Sammelan UNI
