New Asset Manager in Tripura ONGC takes over charge

Agartala, May 28 (UNI) Executive Director Biplab Guha took over charge of Asset Manager in ONGC Tripura Asset last week.

An official statement here today said that prior to joining Tripura Asset, he was Chief of Business Development and Joint Ventures (BDJV) at Delhi. He had worked in exploration, drilling and production activities of ONGC in Mumbai Offshore Project, Assam and Rajamundry.

After succession Mr Guha and senior officials of the asset called on Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, Power Minister Manik Dey and Director General of Police Mr K T D Singh and held detailed discussion on the action plans for expeditious exploration efforts and ONGC's commitment to commission Power Project as planned.

Besides, Mr Guha, Mr Mukesh Sharma, Group General Manager has also joined Agartala and would be steering the activities related to 740 MW Palatana Power Project, the statement added.
