BJP regrets government denial to CFA examinations in India
New Delhi, May 28 (UNI) The BJP today regretted the decision of the government denying permission to hold Chartered Financial Analyst examinations for 6,500 students in India on June 3.
Party spokesman Prakash Javadekar asked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Human Resource Minister Arjun Singh to look into the problems of the students.
He said the cancellation of the examinations at the last minute would jeopardise the careers of numerous aspiring students who had prepared for the test. Now with the government denying permission, it would put mental pressure on the students and they will now have to take examinations in different countries.
He said this would only be a beginning and it could happen to all other examinations conducted by foreign institutions, including Graduate Engineering, G-MAT and Microsoft.
