NSF appeals to warring factions to shun violence
Kohima, May 27 (UNI) The Naga Students' Federation (NSF), an apex body of all Naga Students of Nagaland, Manipur, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, has appealed to all the warring outfits to shun violence and work together for the rights of the Nagas.
Addressing a news conference here yesterday, the newly elected NSF president Imchatoba Imchen said the NSF would work with utmost sincerity and concern to maintain peace in the Naga family.
Talking on the illegal immigrants in Nagaland and other North Eastern states, Mr Imchatoba warned that steps should be taken immediately to evict the immigrants or else the state would be destroyed.
'' We have to make the mass aware about the gravity of the problem and its repercussions,'' he said.
