Kumaraswamy had providential escape as chopper lands in Agri.land

Mysore, May 27 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy today had a providential escape when the helicopter, in which he was traveling to Yelandur in Chamarajnagar District, force landed near a lake due to heavy winds accompanied rain at Yelikere, six km from Yelandur.

The Chief Minister, accompanied by officials and Pandavapura legislator Puttaraju was proceeding to participate in a serious of programs when the mishap occurred.

An unfazed Chief Minister got down of the chopper and commenced his Janata Darshan by listening to the grievances of the villagers who surrounded him soon after his chopper landed.

After an hour the choper took off and safely landed at Vadegere helipad where it was scheduled to land.

Due to the incident several of his programs were canceled.
