Two die in separate road accidents

Mumbai, May 26 (UNI) Two persons were killed in separate road accidents in the metropolis in the past 24 hours.

In the first incident at Dadar, Nanda Mohan Gotad (47) was killed when a motor bike hit her at 2110 hours yesterday, while she was crossing the road near Kirti College Junction. Biker Manish Prakash Thakur (19) has been arrested, police here today said.

In another accident near Airoli Bridge junction, the bike Jitendra Hari Nikumbhe (35) was riding, collided with a stationery vehicle at 2000 hrs killing him instantly, police added.
