Gen Rodrigues visits Dabur hospital

Chandigarh, May 26 (UNI) Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory , Chandigarh , Gen (Retd) S F Rodrigues has stressed for integrating health care network for the benefit of common person.

Gen Rodrigues was interacting with the management, doctors and staff of Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College and Dabur Dhanwantry Hospital here today after dedicating the additional services and ' Casualty, ICU and Operation Theatre Complex of the hospital.

Gen Rodrigues went around in the hospital, interacted with the doctors, para-medical staff, students and patients. He showed keen interest in the alternative system of medicine.

He also went around the herbal garden at the hospital campus.

He also planted two saplings of 'Elaecarpus Ganitrus' (Rudraksh) on the occasion.

Additional Services include Emergency Services, 2 major Operation Theatres, 2 minor Operation Theatres, fully equipped post operative unit, Intensive Care Unit, Dental Unit, special ward and MRI Unit for the people of Chandigarh region..
