Contract killer arrested in Delhi

New Delhi, May 26 (UNI) Police today claimed to have arrested a contract killer, involved in several cases of extortion as well, and recovered some arms and ammunition from him.

Arun Choudhary alias Sameer Choudhary (23) was arrested yesterday from near Nizamuddin Railway station, from where he was to board the Mahakaushal Express to Madhya Pradesh.

Police recovered a .315 bore and three live cartridges from him.

During interrogation, the accused revealed that he had been involved in criminal activities since he was 19 years old. He was involved in several cases in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

Further investigations are in progress.
