Centurion bank to issue Rs 10 cr stock option for employees

Mumbai, May 26 (UNI) Centurion bank of Punjab will issue additional stock options up to Rs 10 crore for its employees under the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP).

The approval of the share holders will be sought in this regard by a special resolution, the bank said in a statement today.
