4 killed 15 injured in bomb blast in city

Guwahati, May 26 (UNI) At least four people were killed and 15 injured, some seriously, in a powerful bomb explosion by suspected ULFA militants in the Athgaon area of the city this morning.

Police said the toll is likely to increase. The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals.

High civil and police officials have rushed to the site of the blast and investigation is on.

The entire area has been cordoned off and manhunt was launched to nab the culprits.
