One killed, six injured in clash in Bihar

Siwan, May 25 (UNI) At least one person was killed and six others injured in a group clash at Babhanauli village under Aswan police station of Siwan district tonight.

Sub-divisional police officer Sudhir Kumar Singh said the deceased had been identified as Manoj Singh, while identities of the injured had not been ascertained.

Police had since moved to the village where intermittent exchange of fire between criminal gangs was still going on, he added.

Mr Kumar, however, claimed that the situation was under control.
