Moily takes objection to Yeduyirappa's statment
Mangalore, May 25 (UNI) Senior Congress leader and former Karnataka Chief Minister M Veerappa Moily today took serious objection to Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa's statement of adopting Ullal constituency if the BJP won the June 2 by-elections.
Talking to mediapersons here, he said, '' Mr Yediyurappa's statement was 'a real threat to undivided Daxina Kannada District' as the adoption was meant not for development, but with an ulterior motive of making Ullal another Gujarat.
Charging coalition partner BJP with trying to derive maximum publicity from the achievements of the previous government's schemes, Mr Moily alleged that the BJP was even sidelining Chief Minister in his village stay.
