Infiltration bid foiled in Rajouri, intruders injured

Jammu, May 25 (UNI) Security forces today foiled an infiltration bid injuring some Pakistani intruders at the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said.

Army spokesperson Col DK Badola told UNI that the army personnel noticed movement of a group of some intruders near the forward defence location at Chakla of Sunderbani tehsil of the district at around 0200 hrs.

The armymen fired but the intruders managed to flee to the other side of LoC, Col Badola said adding security forces recovered a bag containing arms and ammunition and blood-stained clothes from the spot.
