HC dismisses writ petition of ex-MP D P Yadav
Allahabad, May 25 (UNI) The Allahabad High Court has dismissed a writ petition of ex-MP D P Yadav, challenging the withdrawal of his security.
The bench comprising Justices Imtiyaz Murtaza and Amar Saran, dismissed the writ and observed Mr Yadav cannot be allowed to have security merely because in 1993, his brother-in-law was murdered, his sibling was killed in 1998 and the attack on him in 1999.
The HC said the petitioner is not entitled to security endlessly.
''The security can only be provided on the terms and conditions mentioned in the relevant government orders and as per direction of the court.
