Haren Pandya murder case judgement deferred to June 18
Ahmedabad, May 25 (UNI) Designated Pota court judge Sonia Gokani today deferred the judgement in the Haren Pandya murder case to June 18.
The former Gujarat Minister was shot dead by assailants while he was returning from his morning walk in March 2003 near the Law Gardens here.
The prosecution had examined 122 witnesses and about 800 evidences were produced before the court including ballistic and medical reports, handwriting specimens, hotel register entries and circumstantial evidence.

the
case
and
they
include

Rahil

and

Junej,
while
the
Pota
Review
Committee
has
revoked
Pota
charges
on
Sayeed
Iftikhar

of
Kalupur,
